Witness perception can be distorted by bias or belief systems, so I place more value on the video. I don't exclude the witness statements.

One without the other, is not as strong of a case as with both facets of evidence. However, witness testimony alone is enough for a murder conviction. So, why all the skepticism against witness testimony?? All the parrots chirp in with what they "Believe, " which is ultimately hypocritical of them.

Neither believing nor disbeliving witness testimony or footage taken is the action I take when coming into awareness of such phenomena.

Knowledge, memory, and experience is always limited. Such limitation will always bring conflict.

To come upon that which follows no discernable way or which is seemingly without limitation, the action must be free from the limitation and ways of which one sets upon oneself.

Not to say that knowledge, memory and experience doesn't have its place in getting down to the bottom of this. In fact, someone who acts from choiceless awarness becomes far more precise, detailed and critically focused.

I encountered the same type object 25 ft away and temp blinded me but my experience included 2 separate objects one that hovered over my head about 150 ft above and came down in front of me 25 ft away a mana ray Grey object slowly flying slowly away no noise

A good question is what do we want from uap or if there are others? Maybe we don't want or need their apple. After reviewing the comments, I think they want a calender of events.

Video evidence is becoming more meaningless by the minute. Unless it's recorded on an old camcorder.
I think witnesses should have the same gravity as a murder witness.

OH dear, sounds like another case of someone not understanding the concept of 'focus and out of focus'
we see it ALL the time on the toob, people over zooming causing a lack of focus 'flare' which changes a tiny pin point of light into a "massive orb with shimmering patterns swirling across it's surface"
PLEASE don't take my word of it, go outside when it's dark, find a 'point of light' it doesn't matter what, a street light in the distance, even a star, point you phone camera at it and zoom to the max, hey presto, 'tiny point of light' is now a "massive shimmering orb"
If one is looking at a 'light in the sky' HOW is it that so many people state it's size and distance with such confidence? if you don't know what you are looking at, you can't even begin to judge it's size OR it's distance from the observer. just sayin.
