After 5 yrs I can now use this GPS thanks to your instructions which I just happen to trip over. Using my phone like everyone does not work for me. I seem to always get a call coming in as soon as I get to a fork in the road, thus making the wrong turn. Thanks to you I can now use my GPS. Retired

I have an older version and it is excellent.
The GUI is kind of goofy (and too many unused APPs), but it is reliable. I love the 3D topographical view while navigating, hills and bridges. That is the best feature of all.
I wish there as an ANDROID APK of this for my android car head unit. I'd pay for that.

The GPS goes via a Motorway when going to local destination. I don't know how to change it.

It will not auto-update, you will have to manually update it. download the North America zip file. Unzip to a folder, plug in your Navi and open the explorer view, find the Navi folder on your navigation. Copy the whole fold to your pc / (laptop backup). Locate your Unzip folder of the new map. back to navigation.. select and remove/delete the old navigation folder on the Navi device. Locate the new map folder and copy it onto your Navigation. After the copy is completed. power off and unplug from pc. Start the Navi and click the navigation icon and Input the new location of the new maps like it was brand new. Hope this Helps.

i got one that is locked into Canada GPS but I am in jamaica. how can I change it?

The voice doesn't give enough warning for turns etc. Example, I get an audio queue to turn at only 30 metres from the intersection. So basically when I'm at the intersection it asks me to turn. Is there a way to increase the distance ?

I just opened one that my wife gave me for Christmas, it's a nice unit .I'll be using it on our trip and I will up date my comments to how well it works . Thanks ( missing kickstand but probably would have use it anyway )

I just got this and was trying it out while going out and the place I was going was only a 45 minute ride and it showed me arriving hours later. I do like the large screen but the time is all wrong when u r looking at the map in general or actually using it to go to place. It doesn't tell u certain things like turn right at the light and things . U r up on something before something is said. Not sure about this one.

Why did it not show how to use the sat nav. GPS instead of all the apps. Will not set up correctly !!!

I have just brought on of these on Amazon. However I live in Australia and it does not have Australian maps. How can I get Australian maps loaded on this? I’m old school and a big car GPS is all I need. This was Aus $143.00. How you can help. Or I will need to return it. Yes GPS systems are becoming a thing of the past.
