It is always nice to see criminal justice reform when the offenders are deserving of such. Rather it is nice to see mercy extended when it is deserved.

I would hope that the courts are still able to see through internal record that there was a crime committed at one time wiped from their public records, in the event they are CAUGHT committing another crime. Just because a person hasn't been arrested and charged does not mean they haven't committed a crime.

I be already retired judge Thomas L. Willmore at First District Court, Logan won't be required to fix his outrageously wrong ruling where he characterized me as a criminal and awarded my mother's estate funds to her disinherited by name offspring. I'm no criminal, that's a fact. Willmore got snookered by liars and connivers. I'm my mother's personal representative and her sole heir in her uncontested will. Now I see Utah will expunge actual criminal's records; but the errant court ruling in my mother's probate matter stands. Bunch of liars and connivers in Logan Utah. That's a fact. I met enough of the mormons to know they all need a swift kick, so I delivered one. Legally. RIP Mom <3

Clean Slate NO SUCH A THING…All Americans have something on their records weather it’s a speeding ticket to a felony it never goes away unless you spend 5-10 thousand to wipe it clean. Plus it takes 7 months to get your records from the BCI and you have a month to wipe it clean otherwise they have to check your records again for another fee and another 7 months starts again.

I guess you can’t call them repeat offenders if you can’t find their records! Pppfffttt. At this point why don’t we just give all gangstas immunity.
