Products Used:

Wire Rack - purchased at Lowe's for under $6.00
Rubber Bands - purchased from Walmart for .68 cent a pack.

Thanks for posting this great idea. I had the cup rack but no elastics. So I tried silicone instead of rubbery ones. Just stretched 2 per square on the whole rack. Perfect. The silicone hair bands really grip, and when used in pairs they eliminate the need for lengthwise bands. Completely adjustable for all sized brushes.

I have had one of these racks for years floating from room to room and of no use but I was determined NOT to throw it away because 'I just might need it for something'. Hah!
