Jetta TDI cr170 turbo

Having some fun with the cr170.
Car is a 2012 Jetta with DSG
Mods list.
Cr170 turbo kit.
S3 intercooler.
3 inch turbo back exhaust, with resonator and tailpipe muffler.
Egr valve delete.
Water/methanol (not turned on here)
Malone stage 3.5 and dsg tune.

Got some haters in the comments lol but love the set up man. I want to go stage 4 but Malone has been out of stock for that for awhile. Cr170 is no dog but I’d like the gtb2260. Anyways awesome car!

This is awesome. Do you still have the car? You should upload some more of this! Some of us need more motivational videos lol. I'm just going with Stage 2 this weekend. Pretty excited. Already got the DSG tuned. Just timing your video, your Jetta is almost as fast as my stock Mazdaspeed 6 (about 11 seconds 40-100). Would really amaze me to keep up to that in this car while keeping the fuel efficiency for the daily driving.

Have you done the traction control button by Ecs tuning ? It was a great addition with the Malone tune and dsg tune ... Once activated launch control works in sport and manual modes. Did you notice a big difference with the meth setup?

I noticed that your cr170 was driving to almost 5000 RPMs is that with the Malone stage 3 tune

Curious...what kind of mpg are you getting with the 3.5?. I have the same tune up same mods, cp3 conversion all that....and am getting 36mpg in my 2010 sportwagen

Hii What is your Engine code and i have a similar engine but my boost only goes to 26PSI and tuner says 2.0 TDI cannot hold more than 26PSI with stock internals..

Looks like it pulls nicely ... I have Malone s2 now with rawtek setup ... Loving the new power ... Wondering if going for the 170 and 3.5 is worth the extra money. Where did you find the s3 intercooler? Gli steering wheel? Paddle shift?

no way this is stage 3+, a stock brz pulls about the same as this. nothing stage 3+ would put out only 184 whp @ 3750 rpm and 326 lbft @ 2750 rpm
