Around 0:29, how did they attach the Kickball/ Dodgeball to the tube?

Do we need to build the projector that launches the ball or do we just need to choose our object?

I had about zero clue what I was supposed to do at first--this video was very helpful.  :)
I can't wait to get building!

Hello-
Can someone explain to me how the kickball was inflated? In the rules it clearly states that the mechanisms must return to ambient air pressure once the launch is complete and after the weight is removed. It could be that my definition of ambient air pressure is wrong. Thanks.

Do the supervisors decide how far the target is going to be?

2015 and 2016 Rules do not have elevated targets. That must have been just at the trial event at nationals. (I'm the 2016 Div C Ohio State Supervisor)
