No inappropriate topics and cursing...not that I have a problem with that but there are rarely any comedians who are funny and successful without using a million curse words and talking about sex half the time. I was supremely lucky enough to be able to attend this taping with my ex. I was beside myself with joy. Brian Regan was the first standup comedian i ever heard & i was hooked. Love that dude. I didn’t realize until much later (because i don’t really keep up with this stuff) that he was beloved by so many other comedians, not that it’s hard to see why. But he never tried to make a movie or tv career as far as i know. Just sticking at his craft & being one of the greats!

I saw this dude at Huntsville standup live about a month ago. It was absolutely amazing. Not sure how he has slipped passed me all these years. I'm a comedy freak. He made it to my top 3 of all time. His stage presence is phenomenal.

I'm a huge fan of comics like Doug Stanhope, Bill Burr, Louis CK, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, The late great Patrice O'Neal, Dave Atell & others of that class...
But I don't think there's a more purely funny comedian than Brian Regan.
He's really a stand alone comic, in that he can do 2 hours clean & kill even harder than most dirty comics with "edgier" material.
