Kentucky I-75 shooting: suspect escapes after attack | LiveNOW from FOX

Law enforcement are continuing to search for the suspect in the Interstate 75 shooting that took place in Kentucky. The Laurel County Sheriff's Office said that left eight people hurt. It's been 72 hours since the search began for Joseph Couch.

Officials say the suspect opened fire around 6 p.m. on Saturday near exit 49. Authorities say the shooter fired 20 to 30 rounds, striking 12 vehicles.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office revealed Couch sent text messages saying, "going to kill a lot of people."

He forgot to thank his mother, ex-wife and his dog. But I do believe he mentioned everyone else that he has ever met.
These law enforcement news conferences have gotten out of hand with all the self adulations.

It seems this Couch has no friends or family or job they never talk about him. Guess he just popped out of the woods bought a $2000 rifle + ammo shot at some people and then disappeared back into the Woods. Something very wrong with this entire story.

Why leave the car when nobody knew who it was? Why ditch the weapon when nobody knew who it was? Are finger prints on the weapon? We're him and his girlfriend fighting? Maybe the girlfriends boyfriend killed him then hide his body parked his car in the area shot at a couple cars ditched the gun got picked up by the girlfriend then went home. They won't find the body because it's nowhere near those woods
