hello i have been on a lift when going down the lift doors did not fully close and it was moving shall i report this to a staff member?

İf a lift trully freefalls ( it will happen in seconds) it can reach speeds of km/s if there is atleast 6 floors

doesnt look good. it bounces and it looks like something broke off
