Sernando, i have another piece of the puzzle that you have missed. On the ski lift area where you found the map, if you look around the binoc stations on the back, you will see a message carved into the viewing port near the bottom

look sernadoe I looked threw the game files and the omega line saying about the jetpack is just for nothing rockstar just fucked with us and those weapons are the weaons that are being added in the wrench next is shovel rope and etc. so yea those are weapons that will be coming in the next updates and I looked again in the files and that ufo at the end was a light fixture so jjust a glitch in lighting and the ufo shark van was a easter egg and has nothing to do with anything so does the mt chillad mural
