I will never forget his powerful force during Katrina. How he ordered his men to stand down against the people that was seeking food. And how they immediately obeyed and respected him.

He's a tough man. Any failings, in whatever circumstances, be it poor security or reps giving access to aid endangering people, then it needs to be dealt with very severely.
