This is the Grand Prix mode from Arms for the Nintendo Switch played with Min Min on Level 7 Strong (highest difficulty).

Arms is a new Nintendo game for the Nintendo Switch where you use your Arms to battle your opponents.
Min Min comes from the famed Mintendo Noodle House (not to be confused with Nintendo) and Min Min's uses the Dragon, Megawatt and Ramram Arms.

My opinion on ARMS is that it looks really fun to play! But after a while you might get bored of it (unless you're a fan of the game), I like the idea of having consumers use their arms to play. It's like Punch-Out but enhanced. WAY more enhanced. That's just me though. I thank ya for the gameplay, I was curious about how ARMS is played.
