Shoulder Workout

Front raises (ez curl bar)
• hold ez curl bar on the inner grooves with your thumbs placed on the outside of the bar for maximum control. Keep your chest upright & shoulders back. Raise the bar upwards & breathe out, keeping your arms extended, stop once the bar reaches eye level. Hold here for a brief moment if possible, then slowly lower the bar back down to your thighs. Repeat until failure.
