I have a qyo454a have to call a guy out every month it will stop making ice. put a new ice thickness probe last few times it was just turned off and back on and it worked. I cleaned it all and restarted bottom seems like it's trying to make ice middle to top is not freezing

whats the difference in cleaning a ice machine versus the manitowic hotel ice dispensers? and why are there NO videos for cleaning the dispensers?

Hmm so the CLEANER is nickle safe, but what about the SANITIZER? I have some Nu-Calgon Nickle Safe Cleaner part no.
4287-34 and some Nu-Calgon IMS-III part no. 4211-34. Is the IMS-III ok to run through a Manitowoc NEO ice machine? Thanks!
