Hey it lovely to see a garden center that do house plants in a lot of different types of plants I live in the midland and the garden center only have a few plants and very expressive too . Thanks for sharing next time in London I go and visit that garden center .

The cactus is an epiphyllum cactus. They are forest cacti and require more water than the desert cacti. The sanseveria, although pretty, wont stay that way. As it is a rhizomous succulent, it produces new growths from underground roots, causing new growths to spike up from the soil, making it look rather unkempt. Hope this helps🌺

The trick to Boston ferns are getting the root ball saturated. If you will dunk it in a 5 gallon bucket of water (Can also use 2tbsp of Epsom salt for extra greenage) until the root ball stops bubbling it will grow so much better.

What a beautiful nursery! Your comment about ferns is so true...so much trouble. The prayer plant and calathea (they're both part of the maranta family) are in the same category as ferns for me...high maintenance, lots of humidity. I just couldn't meet their care requirements and they suffered for it. Never again :) The spiral cactus you got has been on my wish list forever...hard to come by in Canada :(
