In sweden union law is very strong of historical resons we never had a revolution as meny other nations. Insted we have strong union laws. It is kind of hard to compair with other nations. There is an asumption that employers and workers work togheter. Sweden 🇸🇪 is a nation of teamplayers.

My recomendation is that Tesla just outsourse this stuff too an swedish contractor. If they don't do this I don't think they take the issue seriusly.

They also file complaints in the wrong courts and kind of makes fooles out of themself. I imagine Elon just don't care about national differances. God luck with that, but the other way of doing it would be much easier, I understand that he dosn't want to operate by swedish law, because it only works in sweden.
