You see that part he said they cut the phone on him? That's typical AIRTEL customer service for you. They've done that to me many times. There was this particular time I felt so hurt that I had to call them back and when they picked, I decided to hang up while they were still talking just so they know how it feels.🙄🙄 This is one network that I would never use as a major line. It would always be a third option to me, not even second. Mtchew. I'll advice he just gets a better SIM different from them.

Airtel is becoming so annoying. I have to stop doing my monthly data subscription like 3months ago because I noticed my 6GB data vanishes like flames of fire. Same poor and dubious services like JUMIA online shopping. The authorities have to call them up on all these crappy and dubious approaches

Airtel is a rogue network and a total rip off. They did same to my Airtel line. They wiped out my bonus data of over 40G!

Tony come to the west where we treat customers like gold! Ad if the hang up on you, the telephone system is able to identify the person who hung up. Flat rates call and talk as long as you like!
