The first guy was just pushing his luck and was taken back when you questioned his ideal needs lol But for that security Guard to say identify me as 'Black' - I can only hope you report her, as she presents a public safety issue by not identifying herself when asked, plus a slight neglect of her own training.... first of all if the council refuse permission for a person to have cctv, you should appeal to the department for the environment a national body, who will no doubt overturn the silly council decision ( unless its pointing into the neighbors bedroom etc ) second, yes the police etc etc absolutely detest you filming them using you mobile phone etc, even though in the very near future they will all be wearing body cams

there are many videos on here where the police etc are extremely irritated by a camera pointed at them they complain WHY ARE YOU FILMING ME ? and nearly burst into tears though there might be 50 + cctv cameras on shops etc etc etc at that moment in time

you can buy a fountain pen, or sunglasses on ebay for under five pounds, that have a built in camera

you cant buy a mobile phone or iPad today that does not have a camera in it

here is my prediction in a few years from now, you will not be able to buy a hat, handbag , pair of shoes, jacket ANYTHING, that does not have a built in camera

when that happens the police have only one option they can scream and scream and scream until they are sick oh and stamp there feet
