OBVIOUSLY IT IS NOT LIVE.

The poster of the video literally said that this was a live concept version. Basically the took other performances and studio vocals and pitched them down with a new arrangement as a concept for what she could do in the future instead of singing it the way she wants to.

STOP SAYING LIP SYNC. The creator just put this over a recent video.

Also some of y'all are just being haters. Even though this was made with vocals from 1991, 1993 and 2018, some of you all are just saying sounds bad. Even though some of this sounds no different than her voice from 1997-1998. But I know it's a fake concept. It's fan made.
