Hi Saket sir, Recently I got an opportunity to work as a SAFe scrum master. Our train has 8 teams and my team has 14 developers. My developers work on 5 different modules by collaborating with 4 POs. As a scrum master i am completely spending 6 hours to only facilitate meetings with these 4 POs, 14 developers, tech lead, management, stakeholders, users, RTE, SoS etc and hardly finding time to work on my roles, self improvement and self learning. I end up working 12 -13 hours a day. Is this normal in SAFe framework or is it time for me to find some other job? Please help.
