Looks like a stock bike. If you did not change the jet size on the carb, than “jetting” is not the fix. I’ve seen this behavior when a gasket is letting in air. With the engine running, take some carb cleaner and spray around the engine at the gasket locations. If the idle changes or engine dies, there is you problem. Usually, intake gasket or where the carb joins is where there is a problem. Also check your head bolts.

Turn in your carb air fuel screw 1/2 turn

My JCPenney Pinto sometimes bogs when I floor it. If I just work the throttle up slow and easy, and rev mostly below the highest level I've reached, it soon works fine. I don't know if that helps.
