This series is gonna teach you the tips and tricks of eating on a budget or trying to stretch a dollar. So many things to tell you Especially during the inflation.

This is good for me because I'm disabled and I only get $116 a month on food stamps so I need to learn how to eat better on a budget. I'm looking forward to this series.

When hamburger goes on sale I buy at least 10 lbs. I spend the day making meatballs and freezing them. That month we have meatball subs, spaghetti & meatballs, Swedish meatballs, Asian meatballs and so on. When I am sick of making them I use the rest and do a meatloaf. Thank you for having a series like this, with all of the expenses in life, the food budget is the one that you can always tweak when things get tight.

I've always looked to freeze brisket or other cuts which we didn't get through to then make chilli or bolognese sauce to stretch things a little further.

Eating on a budget is used by the wolfpit so maybe a different name like broke but eating or food for the broke I like stretching the dollar is good too

We used to call it skipping breakfast, and it was bad. Now it's called Intermittent Fasting, and it's good.
