The countryman is the best car mini has built so far, I have owned 4 mini coopers over the years and they have all been great cars, but the countryman in my opinion is the best so far.The car feels and drives like a mini hatch but with more room and comfort, All the people who when asked would they drive a mini and answered no because its too small? well now you have got the perfect replacement. Mini is not about being small anymore its about being a brand, and thats fine by me, The best thing that ever happened was the new mini in motoring history. We still have the classic mini to thank for creating a new mini which was well overdue, Things have changed and moved on in the mini world and im so glad the new mini was created. What else can you buy that looks half as good as the mini???? NOTHING.

Love mine, 2015 Cooper S All4. Fast, handles well because of the 4 wheel drive. Great fun, go cart handling, love it. BMW got the performance and chassis spot on.

It was so funny driving but The problem is too much. Consists of non-durable materials. It is the most enjoyable and problematic tool I have ever used.

@wesamalhoob I recommend you a Mini Cooper S cuz it's more fun and got a higher quality of gearbox, standard cooper come up with the cvt gearbox and that is so terrible. if you live mini and prefer comfortable, go for Countryman S with standard suspension(not sport suspension) And it's so true about it's dashboard, almost from plastic material but, it's still look really good and not feel cheap when you touches it.

Too bad Juke has that goofy CVT tranny. And you cant get a 6 speed manual with AWD. It just doesn't quite compare to the Mini

I drove one a few days ago it was a fully loaded All 4 auto. It was so much fun to drive. I had a hard time getting used to the 3-blind turn signals. Paddle shifters were much fun and it had the rear bench with 3 seats instead of that stupid railing that goes in the middle ( much more practical ). Lot's of power and sick audio system. Overall a great car.

Does the Cooper S have to have that horrible central rail which limits the rear seating to just 2 seats ? Otherwise I am keen to have one myself.

I'm getting the countryman SD in 4 weeks time. I'm leaving my qashqai for it. I wanted a mini but as a motability customer in the uk and a knackered spine I need the taller car. Looking forward to getting it.
