Loved the podcast! As a former Boeing engineer and someone who works closely with many air frame manufacturers, it's good to hear the experiences of someone who has to keep the aluminum turkeys flying.

I just put in 30yrs. at Pratt & Whitney (retired) Inspection. STIG You hit the nail on the head. Everyday there are changes in this Industry. I can keep going. The job is demanding, but it's REWARDING. Procedures, Manuals, it becomes your life. In closing, you like what you do(work), it's not work.

Well that was RIVETING! I know nothing about the mechanics of a plane but I know I just love them (ask my husband my knowledge of the cars lol). But with that said, I’m intrigued to dig deeper into Stig’s content! Thanks Kevin and Rudy.. you all just keep getting better and better!

Fantastic podcast!!! Having worked at LAX in the past and hearing Stig talk about accidents and incidents happening at the airport reminds me of the days I worked there. Always having my head on a swivel and watching the planes because they had the right of way at all times, you stop for them they don't stop for you. If they hit you you would get hurt and possibly killed by a plane, you hit a plane with any piece of equipment and cause damage that causes a delay or grounding you are terminated and black balled from working there ever again. I have seen containers of freight blown off dollies when going behind an aircraft at the end of the runway spooning up for take off I have seen vehicles blown over from the jet blast just to name a couple. Safety is the biggest thing hey preach out on the flight line or in a cargo warehouse, because if you are not safe you wind up in a bad spot. Stig's knowledge and his ability to give explanations that a common person can understand is a true gift and his wanting to teach is something he may want to look at in the future, I think he would be good at it. I hope you have him back because I could listen to his teaching for hours. Thanks again Kevin and Rudy for giving this old warehouse guy for Lufty a jolt to my memories of working there, I truly miss it and wish I had figured out how to stick with it.
