Hello Buildrite friends, we've been trying to solve some leaks on the roof for 3 years and one in the kitchen for 50 years now (it can't just be renovated, coz' of politics in a way, neighborhood politics that is), do you have a foam sealant spray (doesn't need to be UV resistant) that'll seal gutter gaps (from the inside of the house, opening the ceiling plywood) and other cracks and holes that are hard to access and can't be broken? In a way brute force the sealant to as large area without bending the gutter if the foam exerts that much pressure an area as possible to hopefully and finally stop the leaks after 3 to 50 years.

It's probably attempted to be fixed in those 50 years by more than 10 different per day skilled, all-around carpenters and the cost for that total has reached mostly like the cost to replace the whole roof (of a 300+ sqm floor area bungalow) with either tile roofs (cost must inclded replacement of the support w/ steel as well) at around more than Php100, 000 over 50 years (it's been attempted to be repaired by more than 10 groups repeatedly, perhaps 50x)- in short it was and still is, sadly that trap & foolishness called 'false economics' which makes it even more expensive.
