A recording of my heartbeat - Heart sounds ASMR

As someone who suffers from severe depression and occasional suicidal thoughts, I have found that listening to my own heartbeat is very calming and helps me feel more grateful to be alive. I regularly do so with a stethoscope; this one was recorded using my phone.

My heartbeat starts off fast, then gradually slows down.
