Dear hospital manager,

I'm writing this email because on the past week my sister has been treated at ST Hospital and I've noticed that the food quality is not very great.

Every morning she receives a small breakfast in her room. The size is not the problem, the issue is that the meal is always cold. I believe that it has something to do with the position that her room is, the end of the corridor, although this is not an excuse.

Around 12 o'clock she gets her lunch. There were a few times the meet was not well cooked. This is not health for her, it could cause her a bacterial infection, which is extremely dangerous in her situation. With her lunch she usually receive vegetables and a lettuce and one day my mom found a small insect in the cauliflower, which proves that they are not even cleaned well.

This situation is completely disrespectful with the patients and I hope you can improve this service soon. I suggest you to hire an external service to provide appropriated meals or perhaps reduce the price of the stay so people can buy their own meals.

Hey guys I don’t usually Leave comments on YouTube videos but I have to say this. I used this man s channel to study for my CELPIP exam. The purpose of me taking the exam was Canada immigration. I thought I did well on the test but i needed clb 9. After the test I was reading online about CELPIP and many people trash talked the exam, claiming it was impossible to get clb 9. I felt bad after reading the forums and scheduled an ielts test. I got mad to the point I went out of my way to stop YouTube from recommending this channel to me. I eventually got my CELPIP score 11, 12, 8, 10. Not clb 9 but encouraging, people said above 8 on writing and speaking was impossible. I asked for a re evaluation of my writing test and got two extra points. My final score was 11, 12, 10, 10. Clb fucking 10! On CELPIP! So to conclude, thank you so much mad English tv. I have two tips for people in the same situation, 1 - watch this man s content. 2 - always ask for a re evaluation ! I hope the best for you all. God bless

I have your books, for speaking and writing. I learned a lot with them. I scored: L8 R9 S7 W7 - I need 8 for all of them. I know I wouldn't get 7 if I didn't study your material. I did my writing on half of the time, And I was sure I covered eveything. I made it simple, and I answer what they asked for. I just can't understand my 7. Now the speaking I was surprised of getting 7, because It was really hard to manage the time. I am now trying to find a way to retake and get 8.
