Look you can say the prequels were bad, you can say the sequels were bad. You can say the spin-offs were bad. You can say what you want about Ewoks, Gungans and Porgs. But none of them hold a candle to this thing. And if you say it’s not as bad as “Disney Star Wars” it’s cause you haven’t watched it.

The Holiday Special was great! I saw it as a kid when it aired and have seen a bootleg copy on youtube since then. There is nothing wrong with it.

I love three or four elements from THE STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL (1978), but the remainder of it, whew... I can do without. This documentary should be fun!!!

i liked it as a kid but cringed when I saw it as an adult many years later. Ironically, Lucas has no problem with the Ewoks or their two holiday specials but wont allow the release of the Star Wars holiday special.

10 years from now ... people will do a similar movie, about the Last 5 Star Wars movies ... and how Disney, that bought Lucas Arts, let it happen ... just to promote a feministic agenda ... that bombed the IP so much, it nearly bankrupted Disney... and theirs last hope, to rebuild the IP, was to make a TV show "Mandalorian" that IGNORED all those 5 movies ... by adding Book Lore, that those 5 movies made non-cannon ... next stop adding back a Red Head BombShell Mara Jane, that hunted Luke, that later on... became his wife, giving him two kids
