This is the second time, the first was for a quick photo with border patrol then she left. Give her credit two times in almost four yrs for someone IN CHARGE of the border. Maybe she got confused instead of the "Southern Border" she thought she was in charge of the "South of the Border" roadside attraction between North and South Carolina.
