just picked this thing up with the student discount for $899! Incredible machine! It's my first mac ever and it was hard to make the switch, but no windows based laptop in the price range even remotely touched this thing. It checked every single box for me whereas most windows options checked only a few unless I spent $1500. For the first time in my life, the mac was the cheaper option!
