The Appalachian Trail from Pearisburg to Catawba (mile 636.4 - 709.4). We’re expecting rain for this stretch and get woken up by thunder and lightning at Rice Field Shelter. We reach Dragon’s Tooth and drop into Catawba, where Ron Bell from Mountain Laurel Designs takes us out to lunch at the Homeplace Restaurant.

I like how you aren't fake and you video while you are breathing hard because that makes it real! I watch a lot of AT videos and It's funny how when there's no talking and you're walking (rhymes LOL), your steps are really loud and they always sound like you're going really fast. You had some really great views on this video. that looks like Amish cooking. We used to go to the Good and Plenty in PA and they had all you can eat Amish food topped off with Shoe Fly Pie!
