House approves 2021 budget on final reading

Ang pinag kaiba sa dalawang speaker, si Cayetano at Velasco sa pagpasa ng budget ay ang pagsunod sa kalakaran na walang naging sakrepisyo o pag labag. Ang una ay gumagawa ng short cut, nagpapakitang hilas dahil sa gustong manatili bilang speaker para sa hinahangad na posisyon sa 2022. Ang huli ay may transparency sa mga myembro at sinunod ang prosiso para walang pagdududa at walang ma sakripisyong paglabag sa kalakaran.
