It was all began in 1981 at Selonda Cove, a protected bay named after Catalan pirates in the 13th century (Selonda = 'blue wave').
This video contains scenes from the day-to-day operations at the production and processing plants, in the packers, all the way down the Selonda fish until they get fresh on your plate.
