My job requires me to come here almost daily- it’s actually a really nice place with some people using it as a main home. Also the people are really nice, they’re not snobby unless you go to the Four Seasons residential section back by the hotel. Those people are jerks.

My mom owns a cleaning service where she cleans mansions that are only lived in 3 months out of the year... I’ve helped clean these homes and feel awful that these places just sit alone for so long... Ah, to be rich and privileged... 🙄

Excellent video. It accurately lays out what the Golden Oak community is all about. Anyone who finds Golden Oak too rich for their blood might want to consider a home in Celebration, another nearby community originally developed by Disney. Truly the best way to look at Golden Oak is a resort/second home for the rich.

Doesnt feel like disney at all. If i was paying that much for a disney home i would want it themed to the max with a pirates of the Caribbean pool and interior and everything. I'd rather stay in a disney signature suite than buy a "Disney" house with a hidden Mickey here and there.

There’s one that features a slide, a steampunk media room, hidden rooms, secret pathways, a Weasley family style kitchen…. Many more features. It’s awesome. Other than the kitchen, it mostly has Disney features. Oh yeah, it has a Beast Library! It’s worth it to look it up.
