THE OBSCURE REASON WHY THE DEMONS ASKED JESUS FOR THE PIGS

It is for this reason that the evil spirits requested Jesus to allow them to enter the pigs (a biblical narrative). Here is the meaning of this event. Pigs are an obvious enough indication of Gentiles, swine being the most unclean of foods to Jews, and this raises the question of a political meaning. When the language is understood, , it is seen by the pesherist that this is a record of a turning point in the Gospel period. 'LEGION' was Theudus-Barabbas, the Chief Therapeut, whose order of Therapeuts who lived in Egypt but whose elders and married members had a center in Rome, so living in both the 'Tombs' ( the Egyptian pyramids) & the 'Mountains' (the 7 hills of Rome). Therapeuts held communal meals. These ecstatic communal meals lasting all night long, are described by Philo and account for the image of frenzy. Even when they lived in Rome, they could be zealot, having 'demons'. But in this year, 31AD, that of Agrippa's change of allegiance, Theudas was also changing to Sadducee views, less hostile to Rome, and the spirits of zealotry went into other members of the mission, those led by a man called the 'Two Thousand ', a title with similar meaning to the 'Five Thousand'. The man possessed by evil spirits was saved but the people possessed with daily concerns of earning wealth were not able to be saved. Even they saw the glorius sovereignty of Lord Jesus christ, they denyed him. The man possessed with evil spirits are more likely to be saved than the one possessed with money lust.

Regarding clean and unclean foods. Most of the Christians nowadays believe that in the book of Acts they relate that the foods are considered clean when we pray and God will surely sanctify the foods. In my understanding is not about food but it's about gentiles who considered clean for recognizing Jesus as the Messiah.

Jesus said go, the trap was set.

The enemy, GOD put them in chains(2Peter 2), after the crucifixion Jesus went to minister to them telling them they did not prevent His arrival in their attempt to pollute the human blood line and that also He presented Himself victorious to them.
This leaves His enemy that was not restrained, when Jesus said "Go"they went into and drowned the the pigs, still free to roam after that, the wisdom of GOD

Jesus won the victory against them and nailed them to the cross, they driving the men as they did the pigs crucified, (1 Cor 2 6&8), Jesus and Jesus willing accepted this

Had they known..the enemy with it's legalities would have questioned Jesus by saying how can You say You won when we never fight, so Jesus sorted that question out as well by nailing them to the cross so the spirits of suicide, aggression and torment that tormented that man were nailed to the cross, He was their victim for our victory.

That is the reason they were not cast into the abyss and left to roam, for the final fight and defeat at the cross...had they known(1Cor 2 vs)

I don't agree with the theory at the end of the piece saying it was better to save a human than a pig. That wasn't really the decision. It was cast them into Hell or into the pigs. They were being cast out of the man either way. Now if you had presented that this act showed mercy (at least temporarily till judgement) and that Jesus sacrificed the pigs to show mercy to the demons then I could agree with that.
