CNN: BIDEN HARRIS TO SPEAK AFTER MEETING WITH ASIAN AMERICAN LEADERS IN WAKE OF ATLANTA SPA SHOOTING

CNN: Biden and Harris to speak after meeting with Asian American leaders in wake of the Atlanta, GA spa shootings that left 8 people dead including 6 women of Asian descent. Former Federal prosecutor Shan Wu and former Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey comment on the recent surge in crime related to anti-Asian hate and Robert Aaron Long murdering of 8 people at 3 separate Asian-owned massage parlors in metro areas of Atlanta, Georgia- Young's Asian Massage, Gold Massage Spa, and Aromatherapy Spa.

Though the Atlanta spa shootings hasn't yet been deemed a hate crime, many of the victims were Asian women. Investigators are likely looking at Long's computer records and social media for additional evidence to charge a hate crime. At the moment there is sufficient evidence to charge a hate crime because the Georgia hate crime statutes can be applied based on account of sex or on race and 7 of the victims are women and 6 of them are Asian. Prosecutors have the probable cause to charge hate crimes right now.
