Can you please make it so when it hits red then it goes to green and it doesn’t say red and then yellow?

Hello, i dont know if you use this channel or will respond to this comment but i need some help.
I dont know how you are suppose to get/make functions for things other then what the microbit gives you. like for example, Your making a sensor to detect something in front of it, how would you get the sensor in microbit code?
