Senators call for amendments on debt ceiling bill

It's time for senators and the rest of them to eat only $200 a month's worth of food a month like SNAP recipients get if you are low income and single. That's for when they are at their own home. I'll bet they can't do it. No expensive allowances for the politician's lunches. In Maine, the representatives are allowed a whopping $50 a day for lunch! Ridiculous. But anyone who is struggling is supposed to either go hungry or eat a p-nut butter sandwich.
