Man faces charges for stealing Broward home with fake deed

Christine McFarland said a man pretended to own her home and filed a fake deed to sell it. Detectives arrested him and he is facing charges in Broward County.

How in the hell can somebody file a fake deed? Sounds like they need to do a complete overhaul of the rules about what's involved like maybe forcing somebody to have the current owner present when doing so. Good grief.

It's actually easy, we had a person who did this legally he would pay someone taxes and then have the law come and evict them ERT I hope he's burning in hell for what he and his dad did.
