Last night I was placed by only Gods divine intervention onto a shift I don’t normally work and spent my night witnessing to a young woman. She was craving my story. My story is similar to her own. One of abuse and suffering. But now I’m 47 and she’s just 21. I humbled myself and prayed as I spoke to her for hours about what I’ve only recently come to understand about the love and mercy and Grace of our Lord Jesus.
She asked many questions and my very recent journey allowed me to have many answers. Mind you I accepted Jesus when I was 11 years old. Throughout this time I have no doubt even now I’ve always remained a Christian. But only in the last 4 months renewed and sought Gods word in my life. Last night the Holy Spirit was undoubtedly without me as I witnessed to her.
She asked me before I could ask her if she could go to church with me this Sunday.
Praise Jesus! I’m so excited and grateful for his grave and love.
Since my own story and Crystal Yates’ and this young woman’s story are so similar, it made sense that I would post and share my praise here on one of her songs.
Words fail me for the beautiful experience this was. She literally said she felt like God was speaking to her and using me to do it. I gave all the Glory to God for this and she totally got that too! God had been working on her for a while and on and off in her life but somehow this was different.
Pray for this young woman, that God will provide the conversion in her spirit.

This is my testimony. After 7 years of trials and tribulations from losing my Father, confronted by abuse, depression and seeing death in front of my eyes occur from one of my other siblings, my faith was crushed in the brokenness of the world. I couldn't understand even why and where God was through this. Awhile ago, He called me back to his church, finally free to run, to live for him as he did for me. Thank you Jesus 🙌🙌🙌

It’s a blessing every time I watch y’all. In this day of entertainment-driven, concert-style worship services, it’s a breath of fresh air to actually see a group of worshippers truly worshipping in Spirit and in Truth. Keep doing what you’re doing and don’t lose your anointing by trying to be like all the other “cool” worship groups out there. Jesus didn’t call us to be relevant. He called us to be radical. This song reminds me of my dad when I was a little girl. He was always singing hymns. "This is my story, this is my song was one of his favorites. " Years latter we found out he had alzheimers. There were a lot of things he didn't remember but he never forgot those old hymns. He knew every word by heart. To this day I can picture him sitting in his wheel chair singing.
