To include how sampling can be carried out i.e. random sampling and non-random sampling (e.g. opportunistic, stratified and systematic) and the importance of sampling the range of organisms in a habitat.

with stratafied sampling in biology (i do psychology as well), is it the number of repeats that has to be equal to the proportion of the part of the place being represented, or is it the number of samples?
