Ice Skating on Lake McDonald, Glacier National Park

February 12, 2017 a friend and I headed out to the frozen over Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park. The lake rarely freezes and it was the perfect conditions to take out the ice skates.

I used to figure skate when I was younger. I'm 66 now, but skating on a frozen lake such as this is still on my bucket list. What a magical moment!
