Simone Ashley Reveals Bridgerton 3's Crazy New Details

Are you excited to see more stories focusing on the Bridgerton family? Then, you have much to be excited for. Netflix has renewed the series for season 3 and 4, with the potential for much more. Netflix said, “We’re planning to be in the Bridgerton business for a long time to come." These are words that should make any Bridgerton fan excited!

But what will season 3 entail? Which Bridgerton sibling will find love this time around?

If we look at Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series, the most likely focus of season three will be on Benedict Bridgerton. The third book in the Bridgerton series, An Offer from a Gentleman, is Benedict’s story, much like how the first two seasons followed the first two books in the series.

Season one of Bridgerton followed the first book in the series, The Duke and I, which is about the relationship between Daphne and Simon. Season two went forward in the series to adapt the second Bridgerton novel, The Viscount Who Loved Me, which shares the story of Anthony’s quest for a wife.

I'm not sure how making B or E gay will help out the progressive story lines out. True they should be represented, but making them the focus could back fire. I saw a movie once where they showed what seemed to be a 20 min sex scene between Lesbians, it wasn't that grate of a movie and the central theme of it seemed to be this person did this great thing because she was gay. Also about Rege Jean-Page and Simone Ashley, the first seems to be heading towards doing movies now, while the latter seems to want to do more TV series work. Either way I don't think we are missing either one as to the direction they want to go in.

Such shows are designed (shamelessly by Netflix) to revise and erase the historical horrors of British Colonialism. Indians romancing white guys in Colonial Britain..Yeah right. non white people were sub human in colonial Britain. Some might argue, this show is trying to bring representation but this attempt becomes egregious because the British monarchy still has not said sorry for Colonialism unlike the Germans have for the holocaust...Hell a lot of Britishers are arrogant enough to even think colonialism were good for the colonies.. Also the British don't teach their colonial past in schools..
