Demystifying Mental Health: BPSU Panel Discussion

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health has been at the forefront of our community. The Bermuda Public Services Union Mental Health Campaign Committee and the BPSU Migrant Workers Committee have collaborated to bring you a panel of esteemed guests to "Demystify Mental Health." The panel features Family Centre's Executive Director Dr. Sandy De Silva alongside other mental health advocates and professionals in Bermuda.

Originally aired on Channel 82 on Thursday, 10 October at 8pm, the panelists discuss the importance of shifting the narrative and demystifying mental health in the workplace and community.
