Thank you so much for this amazing work.
I am doing the same project on CBEEC RES 2019 and I have a question in regards to the Existing Garage Slab because my garage slab is 4 inches lower than the existing house floor and the garage slab is surrounded by the 4 inches height foundation walls (except the from wall where the garage door is) and I don't know if I should fill in the garage floor with more slab to the level of the foundation or to leave it as is and have the floor lower than the foundation walls?
also in case I keep it low, how would I model the walls in this case? because now the walls are basically made of 4 inches concrete (from the foundation) and 8 feet wood-framed?
