I got one for $49. at Walmart on black friday sale . It was a strait talk pay as you go. I never activated it and installed Magic Jack app so it only works on wifi . I use magic jack for my home phone as it only costs $60. for device and you get 1 year of service after that it's only $39. a year and you can text .
