We have spent 3.5k robux (35USD) on a product marketed as being permanent. The game then took away our permanent purchase and has not offered us sufficient compensation or a refund. The only compensation we have received is a message that says our permanent dragon will be removed in the next update along with our compensation. This violates EU consumer protection laws. We have the right to take legal actions.

I think people are forgetting what BloxFruits did is ILLEGAL, it's committing felony's in most states and or country's, and it directly breaks the Roblox T.O.S, It is stated if you have bought something before in a game that will give it to you either forever and or permanently you should be able to keep that item and or items, but it's also stated if they remove your item and sell it for a greater price and or a lower price, That will be breaking the Roblox T.O.S, which in this case, they did.

Last year I bough Permanent Dragon thinking when the rework comes it will be very good and I’ll still have it since that’s what happened with the other fruits. When the trailer came out I was SO EXCITED! I WAS SO READY to use dragon rework. As soon as it came out I found out I lost my Perm Dragon and had to redeem it again (My perm dragon turned into a token which is a scam).

no with the token if you convert you can choose to like get permanant dragon for a cheaper price or like get perms and you also get a free fruit after you convert the token so they feel bad for people who used the old dragon perm and didnt get the new one I think theres more but I dont know cause i dont actually have the permanant dragon
