How to Find and Read a Bill (US Congress)

Показать описание
The US Midterm Elections take place in early November every two years. During these elections, citizens are asked to vote in legislators responsible for drafting and voting on new bills. But how can you determine which legislator you should vote for if you don't know how to look up their voting history, and than read the bills they voted for?
In this video tutorial, I walk you through the process to find a congressman's voting history, find full-text original bills on the internet - and than parse through those bills in order to find out what the bill actually will change if it becomes a law.
Empowered with this information, you can vote more accurately for candidates that match your philosophies. Learn to find and read bills on your own, and you never have to listen to a (potentially biased or fraudulent) summary from another politician or newscaster ever again!
