Thanks so much for watching! Did you check out this version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? If so, what did you think about it? Also, which version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is your favorite overall? Let me know!

To this day this iteration of TMNT has by far the best version of Splinter and I will simply not be accepting differing opinions at this time.

2012’s TMNT always felt like a proper mashup of the 80s and 2000s Ninja Turtles’ aesthetic. Right blend of weird and serious storytelling.

This right here was my FIRST encounter with TMNT. Honestly, there WERE some nightmare fuel moments (I was eight at the time), but I still LOVED it. Even to this day it retains a special place in my heart.

2012 will always be my favorite Version of the Tmnt. The brotherhood/family dynamic of the Turtles and Splinter were my favorite part of the Series

As far as 3D animation in the early 2010’s goes this version of TMNT still holds up. It doesn’t have the same uncanny valley feeling a lot of other 3D Nickelodeon shows had around this time.

The 2003 and 2012 TMNT TV shows were important parts of my childhood. They're the main reasons why TMNT remains one of my all-time favourite franchises. Thanks for this great video!

I’m old enough that I grew up with the original cartoon. This one, to me, became the definitive version of the turtles, and I’ve had trouble watching any other versions after.

Yo, 2012 was me and my little sister's all-time favorite TMNT show!!🎉🎉🎉

The moments got better and the stakes higher after seasons 2 and 3.

The growth and challenges the turtles went throughout the series will forever be memorable.

I gotta binge the series one of these days.

This was my favorite show at the time growing up as a teenager and being in love with this show! It was just so good and I cried so many times during its darkest moments. Thank you for finally covering this version of the show

As a lifelong hardcore Turtles fan, I went into the 2012 series absolutely thinking I'd hate it. Too many changes, blah blah blah. But I ended up LOVING it dearly. Ciero really did an amazing job with the series. <3

the 2 things I remember the most from this series are 1 Mae Whitman turns in one of her best performances ever as April O Neil and thats saying something about how great she is and 2 Karai is voiced by Stacy from Phineas&Ferb

I am really appreciative of how you use network bumpers to integrate the ads on YouTube into the video. It is a lovely touch and sort of paints the medium of what you’re talking about.

The 2012 Turtles are my favorite. The only thing that annoys me is that they spent the entire show on a Donnie-Casey-April love triangle and didn't really resolve it. I loved the characters and the world, but that subplot felt pretty pointless after all the time they spent on it.

Ah, the version that introduced me to the Turtles. I'll admit I haven't completed the show as of typing (having fallen off during the fourth season due to how long it aired, and the Sunday morning timeslot it had since 2014), but this version holds a special place in my heart. Despite not watching an episode of the 2003 series at the time, I loved how the show was serialized. Not to mention the stories got darker after each season, which I thought was super unique and felt like the series was growing up with its audience in real-time.

I loved the voice cast, the animation holds up rather nicely, and I'm glad to have grown up with this and still enjoy it over a decade later; it's essentially a show made by fans, for fans. Without it, I probably wouldn't have kept a tab on the various iterations that followed.
