This is awesome. Nice tip. There are other ways to get the same result, but this is much easier. Love that it can be an object style.

Can anchored object be under the text it's attached to?

And there is an old way to make an in-line graphic. Copy/Cut the graphic/box and paste it in the desired place in the text. Shift+drag blue dot is more elegant, I agree.
